* libc/stdio/freopen.c (_freopen_r) [HAVE_FCNTL]: For NULL
filename, allow read-only or write-only FILE atop O_RDWR file
descriptor.
* libc/stdio64/freopen64.c (_freopen64_r) [HAVE_FCNTL]: Likewise.
