* fhandler_fifo.cc (fhandler_fifo::open): Release process lock and grab a
system-wide mutex to prevent a deadlock and a race.
* sync.h (lock_process): Make fhandler_fifo a friend.
* smallprint.c (__small_vsprintf): Cosmetic change.
