* configure.host: Add check for --disable-newlib-io-float
configuration option and add -DNO_FLOATING_POINT to newlib cflags
if appropriate.
* acinclude.m4: Added --disable-newlib-io-float option.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerated.
* configure: Ditto.
* doc/aclocal.m4 doc/configure libc/aclocal.m4 libc/configure
* libc/*/aclocal.m4 libc/*/configure
