Report as CYGNAL in uname syscall.
This allows applications to distinguish whether they
are running on the stock Cygwin or Cygnal.
* winsup/cygwin/uname.cc (uname): sysname is now filled
in with CYGNAL_ prefix rather than CYGWIN_.
