build: exempt defid from a built-in automake check
defid *does* support --help and --version, but only when gid
is already in your shell's search path. That is not the case
for the first pre-install build.
* src/Makefile.am (AM_INSTALLCHECK_STD_OPTIONS_EXEMPT): Define.
