Finsihed implementing chart gemerator script for impstats.

CSV Data generated by statslog-splitter is needed.
To run the chart script, the following packages need to be installed:
	- python pip
	- python cairosvg
With pip install these packages:
	- pip install CairoSVG tinycss cssselect pygal
