compiler: bug: bad slot ref in optimizer.
* stdlib/optimize.tl (basic-blocks do-peephole-block):
Update the links slot of the correct object, the
basic block bl, not the basic blocks graph bb.
This indicates that the code was never run hitherto.
Some compiler changes I'm making revealed it.
