compiler: replace lazy list integers with iterables.
* stdlib/compiler.tl (compiler (get-datavec, get-symvec,
comp-switch, comp-catch, comp-progn, comp-or)): Replace
uses of the range function with much more memory efficient
integer and integer range iteration.
